    At ESSENTIAL LAYERS, each product is thoughtfully crafted to deliver a premium experience. To maintain product integrity and hygiene standards, we do not encourage returns once a purchase is completed.

    Size Exchange
    If your polo doesn’t fit as expected, we offer a hassle-free size exchange:

    • Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery
    • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact
    • Exchanges are subject to size availability

  • How does the fit work?

    The polo has a tailored modern fit — not too slim, not too boxy. It's designed to move with you through meetings, commutes, and long work sessions. Available in M, L, and XL.

  • What is Supima cotton?

    Supima is a premium cotton grown exclusively in the United States, representing less than 1% of cotton grown worldwide. Its extra-long staple fibers are 35% longer than regular cotton, resulting in a softer handfeel, superior strength, better color retention, and less pilling.

  • How do I care for my polo?

    Machine wash cold with similar colors, turn inside out. Tumble dry on low or line dry in shade. Iron on low heat if needed. Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals. Remove promptly from the dryer to prevent wrinkles.

  • What sizes do you offer?

    We currently offer M, L, and XL across all styles and colors. Each size is designed for a tailored modern fit that works tucked or untucked.

  • Do the polos have any branding?

    Minimal and intentional. You'll find a single tonal 'EL' near the lower hem — tone-on-tone, designed to blend with the fabric rather than stand out. No chest emblems, no sleeve marks, no loud logos. Branding should be a quiet detail, not a billboard.
